Delivery
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after they have left our facility, but we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.
- If the package was ordered without tracking we cannot help with contacting the shipping carrier about lost packages.
